Hi. thanks for sharing this perspective. I am a sourcer and am aware of the challenge my job implies if I want to do it with quality. It is a job that looks "easy", and yes, it can be very easy to do it, but you will do it badly and will contribute with the reputation you describe on this article.

My only observation: at least on LinkedIn, even with a full recruiter license, you cannot send more than 25 messages in bulk, that what you call "automated messages". It is impossible to select 200 profiles and send them a template generic message, the maximum permitted is 25. Ah! Although I am not a fan of the LinkedIn CSM guys, I have to admit that they always encourage you to avoid using bulk messages, as it decreases the acceptance rate of the InMails.
